  1. 13:32...I was definately limited by muscle fatigue. I think this would have sucked more with 135lb only because I would not have had to have as much rest. Felt strong on the dips but was only doing set of 1 and 2 on the cleans towards the end especially. Good workout though.

Great workout! I like heavier cleans (more than 135lbs) because they punish poor form.
It was also good to see so many sets of rings brought in this morning. Rings are a great piece of workout equipment, you can set them up at your local park, take them to the field etc. As long as you have a set of rings with you, you should never have to miss a workout.

Did dips yesterday during a workout so feeling muscle fatigue. Probably wouldnt have made much of a difference though after doing so many.

  7. 10:05, but didn't have rings with me so did regular dips (which definitely accounts for the faster time). Forearms burning which reminds me that we haven't done many cleans lately. Not that I'm complaining...

  11. 14:21.

The cleans were rough...don't get me wrong, but I was wrecked on the ring dips...I reached muscle failure on those a lot quicker than I anticipated. Good workout...

Scaled to 135lbs, probably could've done 155 but I was doing 1-2 cleans at the end anyway.

  13. 19:37 (nothing like dead last!)

First time on the rings since last fall - a little shaky and total punishment. Looks like I'll be doing daily ring improvement as part of CF warm up from now on.

Scaled the PC's to 135 after first set due to crapola form.

This is a great benchmark WOD.

  14. 18:14 with 115# cleans. Very tough workout. This was my first time using rings so I resorted to doing jumping ring dips and so I added in some extra bar dips to feel less guilty.

  15. 22:00 I'll take the record from Maj Stroh...Scaled PC to 115. Almost went down weight but thanks to some advice from Plum I finished it. Did 1/2 ring dips (kindof) 1/2 regular. Favorite workout so far.

First day doing CrossFit workouts. Loved it. Was a little hard getting used to the ring dips, I'm going to have to get me a pair and work on it.

But scaled to 135 and did regular dips. So add like 8 minutes on.

  19. My chest is not going to be feeling well after those ring dips.

Not RX'd- I scaled to 135, and my ring dips were subpar.

    Time was 11:33

Did this workout today to make it up, and because I missed FGB this morning...
