Tabata This

Tabata sequence, 8 rounds of 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest for a total of 4 minutes, for each of the following exercises

Pull up
Push up
Sit up
Squat
Burpee
Handstand Push up (sub=hold yourself static in the Handstand position for 20 seconds/rest 10 seconds)
Lunges

Your score is the lowest number of reps in any given round on each exercise. Add that number for all exercises for a total.

    Tried to pace myself and found out that you might as well go all out because you are going to bonk on number 7 or 8 anyway. Great workout though. Have a great weekend. If you drink on Sunday, don't use that as an excuse to not workout on Monday...Remember everytime you miss a CF workout, God kills a kitten.

  7. Didnt have much time this morning before class so I did Fran....
    4:49 (PR)
    I have some slop in terms of my depth on the thrusters that i need to clean up but i was happy with the performance....increased WC baby....that is what matters.
