3 rounds of:

15 x 95lb Thrusters
15 x Pull ups
15 x 225 Dead lift
15 x Hand stand push ups

  1. Tried to go to MWR to do this workout, but apparently they close at 1600 on Saturday. Went to my garage gym and did this instead

    21-15-9 reps of:

    Burpees
    Pull ups
    55lb Kettle bell swing
    Hand stand push ups.

    Took me 12:01. My shoulders feel like someone pounded them with a hammer.

  2. Woke up late from a post Super Saturday training nap. Crushed half a left-over chicken fajita MRE with my roommate and went to do this before going out....
    Had to take a step back in Rnd 3 of pullups before the MRE came back up.
    It was awesome.
    I scaled the HSPU to ten keep the intensity higher.
