By the time I finished and got my hand to my watch it was at 10:42.87. <br />In Strength Development I did Strict Press: 3X5 at 110 and Dumbbell Bench Press + Twist at the top for 3X10 at 25.<br /><br />After the conditioning I did Grip Crushers: 3X5 @ 90, and 60 seconds of plank (top of pushup position) and 30 seconds of side plank per side.R.K.
